Cardiothoracic Surgery Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cardiothoracic Surgery Specialist to join our team at Palm Health Resources. This is a unique opportunity to work in a high-volume Cardiothoracic Surgery Program with over 1,500 heart surgeries performed annually. The successful candidate will assist in the Operating Room, harvest conduit, vein and artery via endoscopic or open, and work with a team of experienced professionals. The schedule for the OR would be 4 10 hour shifts, with premium pay and overtime compensation. This is an ideal opportunity for Advanced Practice Providers to practice at the highest level of their licensure in the Operating Room.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in the Operating Room in Cardiothoracic Surgery cases, including open heart surgeries and heart and lung transplants.

* Harvest conduit, vein and artery via endoscopic or open.

* Work with a team of experienced professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.

* Participate in ongoing education and training to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies.

Requirements:

* Proficiency in Endoscopic Vein Harvesting and Radial Harvesting.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.

* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

* Current licensure and certification as a Physician Assistant.
