Requirements

  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in quality leadership roles in automotive manufacturing.
    • Professional certification by the American Society of Quality preferred.
  • Skills
    • Knowledge of problem-solving methods, including 5-Why and 8D.
    • Experience with quality tools, including ISO/TS, APQP, PPAP, SPC, IATF, FEMA, Gage R&R, and CMM.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with advanced proficiency in Excel for data collection and analysis.
