POSITION SUMMARY:
The Culinary Sanitation Specialist is accountable for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across all kitchen equipment and areas, adhering to established health standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Perform daily sanitation tasks including cleaning hoods, grills, floors, and various kitchen equipment.
- Ensure the workspace remains tidy and meets health regulations.
- Support the maintenance of health, safety, and sanitation standards.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning agents and chemicals.
- Possess knowledge of tools necessary for executing essential duties.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
LANGUAGE PROFICIENCY:
Ability to read and understand basic instructions.
MATH SKILLS:
Capability to perform addition and subtraction of two-digit numbers, as well as multiplication and division by 10's and 100's.
REASONING SKILLS:
Ability to apply common sense to follow detailed but straightforward written or verbal instructions. Competence in addressing problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
