Job Overview

We are seeking a Medical Director to join our team at Adelphi Medical Staffing, LLC. This is an exciting opportunity for a board-certified physician to lead our hematology and oncology services in Washington state.

About the Role

This is a locum tenens position with a focus on providing clinical coverage and support to patients in need. As a Medical Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hematology and oncology services, including patient care, staff management, and quality improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality patient care and leadership to a multidisciplinary team
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Collaborate with hospital administrators and staff to ensure seamless integration of services
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in hematology and oncology

Requirements

  • Board certification in Hematology and Oncology
  • Current WA license or IMLC
  • BC/BE
  • ABLS, BLS, ACLS certification
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide:

Location
