Carpentry Specialist

Enterprise Precast Concrete is a leading provider of high-quality architectural precast components. We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team in performing fabrication and setup of forms for precast concrete products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Construct forms for precast concrete panels in accordance with architectural specifications and PCI requirements.
• Collaborate with the Carpenter Foreman to discuss production sequences and potential form construction problems.
• Provide input on improving work processes and workflow.
• Manage carpentry workload and maintain tools and safety equipment.
• Ensure plant safety and adhere to company policies.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five years of general carpentry experience.
• Minimum two years of experience with finish carpentry products.
• Ability to read and interpret technical procedures and specifications.
