Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Mental Health Specialist to join our team at Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services to children and their families in Volusia County.

Your primary focus will be on conducting therapy sessions, developing individualized treatment plans, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

This is an independent contractor position, ideal for licensed and non-licensed clinicians who value flexibility and autonomy. Our programs offer free supervision hours for licensure and flexible schedules to accommodate your needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct therapy sessions with children and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to review client progress and goals
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or psychology
  • Licensure eligibility in Florida (LMHC or LCSW)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
