We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician II to join our team at Reata Glen. As a key member of our Plant Operations Department, you will be responsible for maintaining all aspects of our physical plant, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance, routine servicing, and seasonal repairs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
- Conduct building and equipment repairs, including moderate plumbing and electrical work, and some carpentry.
- Complete apartment turnovers, including minor repairs, touch-up painting, and restoring apartments to their original condition.
- Perform regular pool, koi pond, and lake maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, responding to work orders and addressing their needs in a timely and professional manner.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Minimum of three to five years of previous work experience in a complex commercial, industrial, or healthcare setting.
- Ability to read and understand basic blueprints and schematics.
- Basic understanding of HVAC thermostats.
- Ability to communicate effectively and perform simple arithmetic.
We provide a competitive salary range of $23-$25 per hour, based on experience, technical knowledge, and certifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer match. Additionally, we offer paid time off, holidays, and flex holidays, as well as reimbursement for commuting to work in an environmentally friendly way.
