Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team. As a DSP, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting independence, and building meaningful relationships within the community. Your dedication and expertise will make a significant impact on the lives of our supported individuals and their families.

Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with daily living activities, including personal care, meal preparation, and household chores
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with supported individuals, family members, and community partners
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to create and implement personalized support plans
• Ensure accurate documentation of individual progress, safety incidents, and other relevant information
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
• Contribute to a culture of excellence, respect, and inclusivity within the organization

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree in human services or related field preferred
• 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Valid CPR/First Aid certification
• Pass a background check and any other required clearances

Benefits:
• Competitive salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum
