  • Maintain a visible presence throughout the facility to deter and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Respond to emergency situations, such as fires, accidents, and injuries, and provide assistance as needed.
  • Conduct regular patrols of the facility to identify and address potential security risks.
  • Monitor and report any suspicious activity or incidents to the Security Shift Supervisor.
  • Complete daily written reports of shift activities and provide recommendations for improving security protocols.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and maintain confidentiality of customer information.
  • Abide by all company policies and procedures, including those related to security, safety, and customer service.

**Requirements:**

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous security-related experience preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm in stressful situations and make sound decisions.
  • Ability to prioritize and handle multiple responsibilities.
  • Good discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be able to walk frequently, use elevators, and climb open grate stairways.
  • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
  • Must be flexible to work a variety of shifts with short notice.
  • A valid driver's license and driving record in accordance with OTC standards is required for operation of company vehicles.
