Position Overview

We are seeking a Travel Radiology Technologist to join our team at LBH-Sinai Hospital. This role involves working in a dynamic environment focused on surgical and clinical orthopedics.

Certification Requirements
  • Verification of unit description to confirm necessary certifications.
  • AHA Provider Certification (Instructor card now acceptable); RQI is acceptable.
  • Certifications such as PALS, ACLS, NRP, CHEMO, TNCC, and EFM may be required.
  • National Tech Certification Verification is mandatory.
  • HIPAA Safety Manual Acknowledgment is required.
Job Details
  • Position available in Radiology / Cardiology.
  • Day Shift for Radiology Technologist.
  • Schedule: 4x10s, Tuesday to Friday.
  • First-time travelers are welcome, provided they have experience with c-arm port usage.
  • Work in a surgical and clinical orthopedics setting, addressing general orthopedic imaging needs, as well as specialized services for limb lengthening and bone deformity correction.
  • Frequent long-leg imaging (hip to ankle) is performed in the clinics.
  • Equipment utilized includes DR GE (rooms and portable), EOS, Standing Foot/Ankle CT scanner, and CR.
Job Requirements
  • Must possess a valid MD license.
  • Required skills include Outpatient, Inpatient, Community Hospital, and Children's Hospital experience.
  • Preferred skills: OR, ER, Level I Trauma experience.
  • General skills experience required: PACS and Portables.
  • No new graduates will be considered.
  • BLS and AART certification are required.
  • The ideal candidate should be a quick learner with confidence and experience in operating the c-arm and portable x-ray machine.
Schedule Information
  • No weekend or major holiday shifts.
  • Flexibility to travel to offsite locations as needed.

Department focused on surgical and clinical orthopedics.

  • Accounting documents must be provided.
