We are looking for a Preoperative and PACU Registered Nurse for our ambulatory surgery center who embodies our company's values by providing compassionate care.
You will ensure safe and effective nursing care is delivered postoperatively until the patient is discharged from the facility. Prepare your patients' care area thoroughly and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are available.Monitor your patients in accordance with policy (vital signs, temperature, cardiac monitoring, etc.).
Conduct and document comprehensive evaluations of your patients using an approved scoring system aligned with HCA policy and procedures.
Associate Degree in Nursing or RN Diploma or higher degree in Nursing is required.
~ A minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a clinical environment, preferably in Preoperative, PACU, Pain Management, GI, ER, ICU, or Surgical settings.
~ Online certifications are not acceptable.
~ North Springs Surgery Center is a new multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center equipped with the latest technologies, including a Da Vinci Xi robot. Our specialties encompass bariatric, general, gynecological, orthopedic, otolaryngological, and podiatric procedures. This facility will be managed by HCA Healthcare's Surgery Ventures Group.
