About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathology Assistant to join our team in Norwich, CT. This is a full-time opportunity that offers a great chance to advance your career while working in a collaborative and dynamic setting.

As an SLPA, you will assist in delivering speech therapy services under the supervision of a licensed SLP. You will be responsible for implementing and adhering to individualized treatment plans, monitoring and documenting student progress, and collaborating with teachers, parents, and school staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality speech therapy services to students under the supervision of a licensed SLP.
  • Implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each student.
  • Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to parents and educators.
  • Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and support.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant or a related field.
  • An Associates or Bachelors degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field.
  • Connecticut SLPA license or eligibility.
