Position Title: Information Security Specialist

Location: Various Locations

Contract Duration: 12 months with potential for extension or conversion to full-time employment

Role Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive individual with robust technical expertise and a quick aptitude for learning new technologies. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a commitment to solving intricate security challenges while enhancing productivity and reducing operational friction. This role will be integral to the IAMO Transformation initiative, assisting in the setup and deployment of the SailPoint Lifecycle Management (LCM) solution. Responsibilities will include conducting essential business analysis to facilitate the implementation of application access requests and workflows within Identity and Access Management (IAM).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, implement, and integrate Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions utilizing SailPoint Identity Now (IIQ).
  • Implement and configure SailPoint Identity IQ for onboarding applications, managing access requests, approvals, and certifications.
  • Configure both basic and advanced LCM workflows within SailPoint.
  • Create and oversee workgroups in SailPoint.
  • Manage common direct connectors such as Active Directory, LDAP, and Mainframe.
  • Establish preventative and detective Segregation of Duty rules.
  • Implement role-based access controls and automate provisioning and deprovisioning processes.
  • Provide training and mentorship to team members on the SailPoint Identity Now platform.
  • Manage identity lifecycle processes including onboarding, offboarding, and role changes.
  • Engage in complex technical deployment projects, managing relationships with various stakeholders.
  • Utilize strong knowledge of incident and problem management processes.
  • Exhibit critical thinking and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborate productively with team members and key stakeholders.
  • Communicate complex technical issues clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Influence and guide others to prioritize organizational benefits.
  • Understand business needs and deliver high-quality, efficient service.
  • Ensure the security of information resources against unauthorized access and misuse.
  • Design and code rules, applications, workflows, custom tasks, connectors, UI pages, and reports in SailPoint Identity Now.
  • Foster relationships with IT engineering teams to promote solution feature adoption.
  • Develop templates for IT resources to facilitate connections required for SailPoint Identity Now.
  • Review and optimize SailPoint IGA solutions for service excellence.
  • Interpret and enforce policies and standards in collaboration with InfoSec, Risk, and Compliance teams.
  • Create and maintain process documentation and flowcharts for the SailPoint platform.
  • Promote security policies and best practices throughout the organization.
  • Support and resolve system incidents, problems, and changes.

Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience with SailPoint. Experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Candidates should possess familiarity with tools such as Visio, Confluence, Jira, and Excel.
