About the Role

Acrisure's Great Lakes Region is a dynamic and collaborative environment where professionals come together to deliver exceptional client experiences. As a Client Advocate-Benefits, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless processing of claims and providing top-notch support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with carriers and providers to ensure accurate claims processing and communicate effectively with clients and employees.
  • Assist clients with claims submission, gather necessary information, and receive and document incoming claims.
  • Provide expert guidance on benefits and assist clients with questions and concerns.
  • Collaborate with the service team to resolve claims-related issues.
  • Proactively educate clients on their benefits, promoting underutilized services and ancillary benefits.
  • Document all activities in our agency management system.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility and build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in agency management software systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Customer service-oriented, with a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Knowledge of agency management systems, with a plus for Applied Epic.
Education/Experience:
  • High school diploma or recognized equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of claims management experience in the benefits/healthcare industry preferred.
