As a Clinical Operations Assistant at Trinity Health, you will be instrumental in supporting the day-to-day operations of our medical unit. With a strong focus on administrative tasks, you will work closely with our nursing team to ensure efficient and effective patient care delivery.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity to join our team as a Part-Time Evening Shift Clinical Operations Assistant. Working flexible hours, you will be part of a rotating schedule that includes weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring timely access to critical information.
  • Coordinate patient transfers between departments, prioritizing efficient and safe transportation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly.

We are proud to offer a competitive salary range of $38,000-$48,000 per year, based on your experience and qualifications.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) preferred but not necessary.
  • At least six months of experience in a similar role, preferably in an Acute Inpatient setting.
