Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Surgical Technician to join our team at Community Health System. As a Surgical Technician, you will play a vital role in providing quality care to our patients in the Cardiac Cath Lab.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and maintain medical equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Perform preoperative preparations for the patient's skin, body, and medical equipment.
  • Transport patients to and from the operating room.
  • Collaborate with Registered Nurses to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of an accredited surgical technologist program (NBSTSA or NCCT).
  • Minimum of one year of experience working in the Cardiac Cath Lab.
  • BLS Certification.
  • Ability to work off-shifts and pm shifts, take night and weekend on-call.
