- Engage in a 12-week assignment with the possibility of extension.
- Work a schedule of five 8-hour day shifts.

Qualifications:
- Valid Oklahoma Physical Therapy license.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Prior experience in acute inpatient rehabilitation is essential.
