We are seeking a highly skilled Inspector Network Administrator to join our team at Equity LifeStyle Properties. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a network of independent home inspectors to support our manufactured home inspection and appraisal services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Appraisal Managers and Customer Service Manager to identify market needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Utilize various tools and platforms to actively recruit top-notch candidates, including social media and online job boards.
  • Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, availability, and fit with our company values.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process.
  • Develop and implement training programs for new hires, including phone calls, video calls, and training manuals.
  • Participate in weekly update meetings to discuss feedback, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in recruiting, hiring, or training is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms, including Craigslist and Facebook.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective interaction with candidates and management team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and recruiting challenges.
  • Experience in creating or revising training materials is a plus.
