Entune Behavioral Health is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Behavioral Health Liaison Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will serve as a liaison for external groups and providers, working closely with our medical team to improve patient experiences and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Address Key Areas for Improvement: Analyze patient feedback and identify areas for improvement in our services, ensuring a supportive and healing environment for all patients.
- Collaborate with Leadership: Work closely with our leadership team to set goals, define metrics, and establish benchmarks for experience-related performance in behavioral health services.
- Partner with Staff on Provider Education and Outreach: Develop and implement education efforts to improve provider knowledge and skills, ensuring seamless referrals and high-quality care.
- Establish and Maintain Clinical and Community Relationships: Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, community organizations, and referral sources to expand our network and improve patient access to services.
- Use Data-Driven Insights to Measure Effectiveness: Analyze data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of our programs and services, making informed decisions to enhance patient experiences and outcomes.
- Serve as Spokesperson for Events: Represent Entune Behavioral Health at local meetings, conferences, and networking events, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
- Maintain Analytical Assessment of Referral Targets: Continuously assess and analyze referral targets, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Develop Weekly Reporting: Create and submit weekly reports on all duties and responsibilities, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Requirements:
- Experience in Marketing, Sales, or Related Field: 3+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or a related field, with a strong understanding of healthcare and behavioral health services.
- Experience in Healthcare: 3+ years of experience in healthcare, with a strong understanding of integrated healthcare delivery models and behavioral health services.
- Established Connections and Contacts: Established connections and contacts within local and regional healthcare communities, with a strong network of relationships and partnerships.
- Bilingual: Bilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Software: Strong knowledge of Microsoft software, particularly the 365 platform, with experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Strong Organizational and Communication Skills: Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Integrated Healthcare Delivery Models: Strong knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models, with a deep understanding of behavioral health services and patient-centered care.
