Job Opportunity

Papa John's - 5th St is seeking a skilled Delivery Driver to join our team in Washington D.C., DC. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring a superior pizza delivery experience by promptly delivering orders with accuracy and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver pizzas and other menu items to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Ensure that all orders are accurate and complete, and that customers are satisfied with their delivery experience.
  • Perform pre-delivery vehicle preparations and familiarize yourself with the delivery areas to ensure efficient service.
  • Uphold quality and accuracy standards for all orders, following proper delivery protocols at all times.

Requirements:

  • To be eligible for this position, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license with current automobile insurance and a clean driving record.
  • You must be authorized to work in the U.S. to qualify for this position.
  • Flexibility for working nights and weekends is necessary for this Delivery Driver role.
