Job Overview

F2OnSite, the fastest growing IT field services company in the United States, seeks a highly skilled Cybersecurity Network Specialist - OT Systems Expert to join our team. This 2-month project will involve onsite evaluations, security assessments, and network analysis of Operational Technology (OT) endpoints within the Waxdale manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough endpoint evaluations, identifying types, configurations, and roles within the OT environment.
  • Evaluate security posture, including vulnerability assessments and compliance checks, to identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Analyze network connectivity and communication protocols used by endpoints, ensuring proper segmentation and security.
  • Verify compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements, documenting deviations and proposing corrective actions.
  • Monitor performance and reliability of endpoints, identifying bottlenecks or issues impacting manufacturing operations.
  • Ensure seamless integration with IT systems, verifying secure and efficient data flows between OT and IT systems.
  • Create detailed reports on findings, providing clear documentation of current states, identified issues, and recommended actions.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in Operational Technology (OT) systems or concepts, with knowledge of related requirements.
  • Ability to work closely with DSTs, ROMs, and OT teams for comprehensive evaluation and smooth implementation of recommendations.
  • Familiarity with funding/budget framework development.

Technical Requirements:

This role requires higher-level expertise, with flexibility and discretion in work execution. Individuals should be able to use judgment and creativity, working with general guidance rather than strict rules or step-by-step instructions.
