Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to join our team at Fire Ant Brewpub Tomball LLC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals that exceed our customers' expectations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating delicious dishes using fresh ingredients and will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and opportunities for career advancement.

• Set up the kitchen with necessary tools and equipment to ensure efficient food preparation and presentation.
• Prepare food according to recipes and presentation guidelines to meet customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and restock when necessary to minimize waste and optimize productivity.
• Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Participate in daily kitchen opening and closing procedures to ensure seamless operations.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the head chef or management to support the success of our culinary team.

• Previous experience as a line cook or executive chef in a similar role is preferred.
• Certification in food handling and safety is required.
• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques and recipes is essential.
• Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position, including standing for long periods and lifting up to 40 pounds.
