- Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of Wisconsin
- Board certification in a specialty area of pharmacy practice
- Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Education
- Master's degree in pharmacy or a related field
- Completion of a fellowship program in pharmacy practice
