Your role will involve executing basic repairs on equipment and building infrastructure while ensuring that all facilities remain clean and operational. Reliability and a sharp attention to detail are crucial for success in this position. The ideal candidate should possess relevant experience and robust technical expertise. Manual dexterity and physical endurance are essential attributes for this role.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct minor repairs such as fixing broken locks, patching walls, and painting
  • Install various appliances and equipment
  • Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns and collecting litter
  • Perform maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs
  • Inspect and diagnose issues with equipment and systems
  • Ensure the functionality of safety systems
  • Work collaboratively with other professionals during renovation projects
  • Report maintenance issues to the facilities manager
Required Skills
  • Basic understanding of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems is preferred
  • Experience with hand and power tools
  • Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong physical stamina and dexterity
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
