About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staffing Manager to join our team at Eastridge Workforce Solutions. As an Onsite Staffing Manager, you will play a critical role in managing all aspects of our temporary workforce, including sourcing and recruitment, employee relations, account management, payroll, safety, and on-boarding and off-boarding of temporary employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and Maintain Client Relationships: Develop and maintain strong partnerships with clients and hiring managers to provide knowledge and guidance regarding program processes, policies, and next steps.
  • Recruit and Hire Top Talent: Recruit across a wide range of positions, from executive to entry-level, and conduct candidate interviews in-person, via Skype, or FaceTime.
  • Manage Contingent Workforce: Manage and communicate daily attendance, absences, illnesses, work-related injuries, requisition management, and implement and maintain timekeeping systems.
  • Ensure Compliance and Quality: Monitor program activities and mitigate compliance issues, facilitate a smooth and timely on-boarding of contingent workers, and respond to operational issues as they arise.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all Oasis policies and procedures are being followed by each contingent employee.
Requirements
  • 2+ Years of Account Management Experience
  • Staffing and/or Recruitment Experience
Preferred Qualifications
  • High-Volume, Light Industrial Recruiting and/or Staffing Experience
  • Onsite Account Management Experience
