To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree, preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of RN work experience, with a strong track record of success.
  • An updated resume, highlighting your skills and experience.
  • A current and valid state RN License, ensuring you're up-to-date with the latest regulations.
  • A current BLS (AHA) certificate upon hire, with ACLS (AHA) certification within 30 days.
