Job Summary:

This position provides comprehensive nursing care to patients and families across various healthcare settings, working closely with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nursing principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest nursing practices and evidence-based guidelines

Requirements:

  • Associate's Degree in Nursing (Required)
  • BLS - Basic Life Support certification (Required)
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Ohio (Required)
