Job SummaryWe are looking for CNAs who are passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and are committed to making a positive impact in the lives of our clients. As a CNA with Nurse Connection Staffing, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including long term care facilities, rehabilitation centers, and assisted living facilities.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including bathing, dressing, and feeding
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as toileting and ambulation
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff
- Assist with medication administration and documentation
- Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care plans
- CNA certification in the state of New York
- 6 months of full-time experience working in long term care or assisted living
- Current medical documentation, including physical and PPD within the past year
- Proof of MMRs (immunizations or titers)
