About the Role:

We're seeking a skilled HomeTeam Installer to join our team. As a HomeTeam Installer, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by installing the Taexx System in new construction homes and buildings. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will enable you to meet deadlines and exceed customer expectations.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Install the Taexx System in new construction homes and buildings within scheduled routes.
  • Perform termite treatment services and interact with subcontractors and field managers to meet deadlines.
  • Stay motivated and focused while working independently.
  • Complete installs according to builder home completion timelines as needed.

Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain termite technician or pest control licensing (company paid).

Physical Demands / Working Environment:
  • Candidates must meet physical job requirements and safely perform the job duties with or without accommodations.
  • Safely use a ladder within the manufacturer's weight capacity.
  • Lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
