Survey Technician

At OWN, Inc., we're seeking a skilled Survey Technician to join our team in Rogers, Arkansas. As a key member of our survey team, you'll play a vital role in supporting our projects through a variety of field and office work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather and collect data for daily projects
  • Perform various survey tasks in the field, including boundary, topographic, ALTA surveys, construction staking, bathymetric surveys, and aerial surveys
  • Conduct survey calculations, research, and preparation of CAD files, as well as review deeds and title work information
  • Operate UAV drones for data collection
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience as a Survey Technician
  • Experience with CAD software is a plus
  • Reliability and willingness to work in various indoor and outdoor conditions
  • Availability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to transition between tasks efficiently
  • Pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record
  • Good communication skills
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
