Job Summary

We're seeking a Service Associate to join our team at our Scranton store. As a Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Bag items at checkout, restock returns, retrieve carts from the parking lot, vacuum the front-end, restock coolers, and collect trash.
  • Perform housekeeping duties, including keeping floors clean, work areas clean, and performing a clean sweep every hour.
  • Collect carts, stack carts, and push carts back to the front-end of the store.
  • Demonstrate good customer service skills and complete other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be able to communicate and understand company policies and safety regulations in order to complete job duties in a satisfactory manner.
  • Must meet the ergonomic and physical requirements, as well as the physical base scores for this position, with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Must be able to use, or learn to use, the equipment and tools used to perform this job.
  • Must meet the company performance standards for the job, including regular attendance and completing the company introductory (probationary) period of 30 or 60 days.
  • Must be able to perform all job functions safely.
Physical Requirements
  • Shift hours: minimum 4-hour shifts or more depending upon business needs

  • Lift/carry: 50 lbs.
  • Stand 55%, sit 0%, walk 45%
  • Category IV: lifting, carrying, P/P up to 50 lbs.
