The Educational Coordinator for the Nurse Anesthesia Program plays a pivotal role in supporting the leadership team in the effective management of the educational institution. This position is essential in ensuring that both clinical and theoretical instruction adheres to the standards set forth by the accrediting bodies.
The Coordinator is tasked with collaborating with the leadership to design comprehensive educational experiences that equip future nurse anesthetists with the necessary skills and knowledge for successful practice.
In addition, the Coordinator may take on responsibilities of the Assistant Director when required and will oversee the establishment of contracts and partnerships with clinical affiliates.
Leadership and Vision:
Demonstrates the ability to clearly communicate the program's objectives and adapts these as necessary, translating them into actionable goals. Exemplifies leadership principles consistently and drives change within a dynamic healthcare landscape. Works to align departmental activities with the overarching mission and vision of the organization.

Takes initiative to address challenges swiftly; seeks innovative solutions and fosters an environment conducive to change. Implements at least one departmental improvement initiative annually and conducts thorough analyses of recurring issues to facilitate effective resolutions.
