Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver primary care services within the established scope of practice.
- Provide holistic care encompassing prevention, diagnosis, and treatment.
- Work collaboratively with clinic personnel to manage patient scheduling.
- Perform physical assessments, order necessary diagnostic evaluations, and formulate treatment strategies.
- Prescribe medications and facilitate referrals to specialized services as required.
- Ensure precise patient documentation is maintained within the CPRS system.
- Engage with referring physicians to optimize patient care outcomes.
- Initiate referrals for social work services for individuals experiencing homelessness.
Required Qualifications:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
- Valid medical license to practice in any U.S. State.
- Current DEA license and NPI report printout.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be up to date.
- Capability to pass a federal background check.
- Physical ability to perform essential job functions.
