About this Job

As a CT Tech, you'll play a crucial role in capturing high-quality diagnostic images that help healthcare professionals make informed decisions about patient care. To excel in this position, you'll need to have expert knowledge of the imaging process and be well-versed in the operation of the equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Capture diagnostic images using computed tomography (CT) scanners
  • Work directly with patients to ensure their comfort and safety during imaging procedures
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest imaging technologies and techniques
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of recent experience in the job's primary area of care
  • Active license or appropriate accreditation in one of the 50 US states
  • Additional requirements and certifications as may be requested by the specific facility/unit
  • An enthusiastic and adventurous spirit with a desire to help
