JOB PURPOSE:
The Barista / Expo (Expo/Takeout) role is responsible for preparing all beverages at the Boba station, arranging all appetizer items in the Side Station, and packaging takeout orders in the Packing station according to Din Tai Fung's established recipes and standard operating procedures. The Barista / Expo is also tasked with cleaning and maintaining all three stations, conducting regular inventory checks, and restocking necessary supplies.

This position is categorized as Back of House (Kitchen).
