Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Psychiatric Social Worker to join our team at Long Island Community Hospital. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and address the mental health needs of patients and their families
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to promote patient well-being

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or related field
  • Experience working in mental health settings, preferably in a hospital or healthcare organization
  • Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
