Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Premium Auditor to join our team of professionals. As a Premium Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting on-site, virtual, or phone-based reviews of business operations, financial records, and class codes to ensure compliance with insurance contracts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Individually schedule appointments with clients to conduct premium audits and obtain necessary information
  • Submit audit reports via web-portal and AFIRM's exclusive premium auditing software
  • Communicate with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face discussions
  • Examine commercial businesses' payroll and tax records
  • Evaluate operational practices
  • Adhere to customer requirements and quality standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and act with integrity

Requirements

  • Must live in the geographic area advertised
  • Accounting or bookkeeping experience is helpful, but not required
  • Strong customer service and people skills are essential
  • Numbers-oriented
  • Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to use deductive reasoning to find solutions
