Join Our Team as a Skilled Automotive Technician

Carter Motors is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Technician to join our award-winning service team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing complex automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning.

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a flat rate of $25-$40 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses up to an extra $4.50 per hour. Our comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company match, and paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership procedures
  • Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers of additional service needs and provide estimates for repairs
Requirements:
  • Acura/Honda experience required
  • ASE certifications preferred
  • Tools required
  • Ability to drive a manual transmission
  • Strong automotive background and teamwork skills
  • WA state driver's license and clean driving record required
