Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct patient testing, including EEGs and EMGs, in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Maintain physical maintenance of clinical testing equipment.
  • Perform all assigned duties in strict compliance with established policies, procedures, and protocols.
  • Ensure patient safety, comfort, and privacy.

Requirements:

  • Spelling and basic knowledge of anatomy, including muscles, nerves, vestibular system, and visual system.
  • Basic knowledge of electronics and instrumentation.
  • Ability to review and analyze patients' medical history to determine appropriate neurodiagnostic procedures.
  • Ability to prepare and position patients for testing, including measuring and marking cranial area and fastening electrodes to specified positions on the scalp and body.
