Position Specifications:

  • Class Schedule: MWF 9:00-11:30 AM
  • Work Hours: MWF 8:30 AM - 12:00 PM (includes compensated preparation time)
  • Additional Preparation Time: 90 minutes weekly, flexible for home or classroom use
  • Total Weekly Hours: 12 hours
  • Resource Budget: $50/month

Compensation Structure:

  • $16/hour for candidates without a degree (some college or relevant experience required)
  • $19/hour for candidates with a degree and experience

Career Advancement Opportunities:

  • Begin part-time with the possibility of transitioning to full-time (up to 40 hours per week) or remaining part-time, depending on your preference.
  • Potential to advance to Assistant Director as we grow and fill additional classes.

Program Duration:

  • Academic Year: September-May
  • Optional Seasonal Camps: June-August

About the Owner: Hi, I'm Miss Kelli. Teaching has always been my passion. I hold a bachelor's degree in Marriage and Family Studies from BYUI and have 18 years of diverse experience in education. I have worked in various roles, including daycare management, before-and-after school programs, and as a Daycare Director. My goal in establishing Kelli's Little Learners was to create a nurturing preschool environment that allows me to balance my professional and family life. I am excited to share my love for education with your child
