About the Position

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Healthcare Professional to join our team at Brightli. This role involves providing high-quality behavioral healthcare services to adult clients, including evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and diagnose adult clients with mental health issues using evidence-based assessment tools and procedures.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address client needs and goals.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Provide education and support to clients and their families to promote healthy coping strategies and self-care practices.
Requirements
  • A Master's degree in nursing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner or related field is required.
  • Candidates must possess and maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of Indiana, a certificate of recognition as an Advanced Practice Nurse in the state of Indiana, and credentialing as an Adult Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner by a national certification body recognized by the state of Indiana.
