We are seeking a highly skilled Professional Land Surveyor to join our team at Synerfac. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting land surveys, providing accurate data, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct land surveys, including ALTA/ACSM Land Title Surveys, Construction Stakeout, As-built Surveys, Utility line Route Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and Property and Boundary Surveys.
  • Utilize Topcon-GPS and total stations to collect and analyze data.
  • Work with our team to develop and implement survey plans, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide expert advice on survey-related matters.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, ensuring our team remains at the forefront of land surveying.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in land surveying.
  • Working knowledge of Topcon or Trimble GPS and total stations.
  • Experience performing Property, Topographic, Utility, Construction Stakeout, and Record Surveys.
  • Working knowledge of Carlson or AutoCAD Civil 3D programs.
  • SI required; PS or PE preferred.
