Job Summary:

As a valued member of the Southwest Network team, you will provide high-quality nursing services to our members in an outpatient setting. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with members to assess their health needs and provide personalized care.
  • Administering medications and providing health education to promote healthy behaviors.
  • Collaborating with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participating in utilization management and quality improvement activities to drive excellence in patient care.

Requirements:

  • A degree in nursing or an equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience.
  • A current R.N. license issued by the Arizona Board of Nursing.
  • A minimum of one year prior psychiatric/behavioral health experience with seriously mentally ill adults or at least two years in acute care experience in either an ER, an ICU, or on a Med/Surg floor.
  • Current CPR, First Aid, and Therapeutic Options certifications.
  • A valid Arizona driver's license and car insurance.
  • Ability to maintain excellent member and family relationships and provide excellent customer service.
  • Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Critical thinking, time management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to utilize multiple types of office equipment and software, including Microsoft Office and the internet.
