Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a highly skilled Principal Synthesis Engineer to join our dynamic team at Tripod Networking. This role offers flexibility in terms of contract type, including open contract, contract-to-hire, or full-time opportunities.

Relocation and Visa Support:

Key Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years in chip development, with a strong familiarity with ASIC CAD and EDA tools.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience with Synopsys synthesis and Static Timing Analysis (STA) tools.
  • ASIC Expertise: Proven track record with high gate count ASICs.
  • Design Skills: Strong capabilities in Verilog design, Linting, Synthesis, STA, and Design for Testability (DFT).
  • Methodological Knowledge: In-depth understanding of hierarchical synthesis, STA, Linting, Clock Domain Crossing (CDC), and Logic Equivalence Checking (LEC) methodologies.
  • Analytical Skills: Solid experience in Hierarchical Synthesis and Static Timing Analysis.
