Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the hospital's sepsis program
  • Collaborate with charge nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance patient outcomes
  • Analyze data on sepsis cases, including mortality rates and compliance with sepsis bundles
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient outcomes and reduce sepsis-related complications

Qualifications
  • 3 years of ICU or ER experience
  • Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Florida
  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
