Key Responsibilities
  • As the primary point of contact, conduct initial telephonic intake processes professionally and efficiently.
  • Perform Verification of Benefits (VOB) immediately upon creation of a lead, ensuring seamless admission processes.
  • Record all activity in Salesforce accurately and diligently, maintaining transparency throughout the intake process.
  • Facilitate admissions by obtaining and verifying necessary documentation, including insurance information, identification, and medical records.
  • Coordinate with respective facilities to inform them of upcoming admissions, ensuring timely availability.
