Sunglass Hut Sales Associate

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As an Eyewear Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in our stores.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, and a strong desire to succeed in the retail industry. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store appearance, while consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.

Salary:
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences, building strong relationships with customers and driving sales growth in our stores.
  • Maintain high standards of product knowledge, visual merchandising, and store appearance.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours per week.
