Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a qualified and experienced Speech Therapist to provide therapy interventions for a school district. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in speech therapy and be able to work effectively with students of various ages and abilities.

Job Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive support for students
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve students' communication skills
Requirements
  • Current North Carolina SLP License or eligibility to obtain licensure upon offer
  • Masters in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent
  • Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
