About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Lot Attendant to join our team at Holman Enterprises. As a Lot Attendant, you will play a critical role in maintaining the appearance and organization of our vehicle storage lots, ensuring a positive experience for our customers and sales staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain vehicle storage lots in a presentable, well-organized, and clean manner.
  • Ensure vehicle lots are visually appealing for customers and monitor inventory to guarantee cars are presentable for sales staff to showcase.
  • Move and relocate cars, ensuring all vehicles contain full tanks of fuel.
  • Maintain showroom displays.
  • Verify receipts and perform damage inspections on new vehicles delivered to the dealership.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Current valid driver's license.
  • Clean driving record, no blemishes.
  • Experience driving both manual and automatic vehicles.
