We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team at the HEALTH AND HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION. As a key member of our staff, you will provide advanced therapeutic services to individuals with developmental disabilities.
Key Responsibilities- Perform and interpret assessments to render clinical and consultative services to consumers.
- Develop and implement complex physical nutritional management programs and treatment protocols to improve or maintain the individual's level of health and function.
- Participate in quality assurance and quality enhancement activities related to provision of therapeutic services at the facility and State level.
- Supervise and mentor departmental staff, and participate in treatment planning and collaboration with the Interdisciplinary Team.
- Attends work on a regular basis and may be required to work a specific shift schedule or extended shift and/or overtime in accordance with agency leave policy.
